Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Common questions about booking appointments and MR numbers

Do I need to create a patient account or remember a password?

No account or password is required. You can book an appointment directly. You will be assigned a unique Medical Record (MR) Number on your first visit, which you can use for all future visits.

How will I receive confirmation of my appointment?

An automated WhatsApp message containing your appointment token, doctor details, date, and time is queued directly to your mobile number upon booking.

How do I view my past medical history or follow-up date?

Simply visit our "Check MR History" page and enter your MR Number. You can instantly see your previous consultations, consulting doctors, and any upcoming follow-up appointments.

What if internet connection is down at the clinic?

Our reception system works offline! Even if internet is disconnected, patient records and appointment tokens are saved locally in the offline queue and automatically synchronized as soon as connection resumes.
